Wellness Wednesday with Tren Heads
Q: What inspired you to start Tren Heads?
A: Starting out with just filming our friends in 2022, we quickly shifted our focus to bringing recognition to the fitness community on island. For the past two years, we’ve featured countless people from around the island, as well as sponsoring local fitness events and hosting the very first High School Powerlifting Meet on Guam.

A. Our mission is to unite; empower, and document the island's fitness community through events and resources, promoting wellness and active lifestyles for all.
Our vision is to be the premier network for island fitness, fostering inclusivity and connection while inspiring individuals to achieve their wellness goals.

A. As of right now, we exclusively sell shirts aka “pump covers”
Q. What are you most excited about right now?
A. We’re in the midst of organizing the second annual High School Powerlifting Meet in collaboration with GSPN. Join us on May 4, 2024 at Bagzik Gym in Dededo to watch the youth showcase their strength!
