CONNECT WITH SINDALU SIHA

Q: What inspired you to start Sindalu Siha?

A: After spending 8 years in the Ninja community, I was inspired to introduce this exciting sport to Guam. The incredible support and camaraderie within the community motivated me. Unlike any other sport, everyone, including your competitors, genuinely wants you to succeed.

Q. What is your mission?

A. Our mission is to empower individuals of all ages through Ninja Warrior training, fostering personal growth, resilience, and a commitment to health and fitness

Q. Tell us more about what you offer

A. We provide a diverse range of offerings, including youth classes for ages 6 and up, as well as adult classes welcoming students in their 50s. Our curriculum prioritizes the development of technical skills. Additionally, we organize camps and quarterly competitions that allow ninjas to challenge their abilities. For our dedicated participants, we even host an annual qualifier for the World Championships, providing a platform to showcase their skills on a global stage.

Q: Is there anything your team is excited about right now?

A: Absolutely! We've just wrapped up our new training program. It's divided into various levels, each with specific advancement criteria. This structured approach aims to enhance training sessions and boost confidence

Q. What does wellness mean to you?

A. For us, wellness goes beyond just physical health; it includes mental and emotional well-being. This forms a well-rounded and holistic path to a satisfying life. Our belief is that our balance obstacles mirror this idea of equilibrium and its importance.

"This sport is truly inclusive. As children, we eagerly played on school and park playgrounds, experiencing happiness and reduced stress, often thanks to our parents' support in maintaining that balance. Now as adults, it's our responsibility to allocate time and reintroduce that equilibrium into our lives. So, why not unleash our inner child and join an adult-sized playground—a space where parents and children can come together to create balance."
