New Years Beginner Yoga Series


This series is for you if you're ready to:

  • Begin your yoga journey by learning the basics of yoga, breath and meditation in a welcoming and acccessible environment

  • Learn something new and discover easy ways to take care of your body and mind

  • Dedicate time to slowing down and reconnecting to yourself

  • Connect with like-minded community

You'll experience:

  • An introduction to yoga - what it is, styles and what to expect in a class

  • Mindful breathing techniques

  • Simple guided meditations

  • Breaking down common yoga poses for proper alignment

  • Accessible beginner yoga flows

  • Q&A with your teacher

The Details:

  • Workshop #1: Saturday, January 20th 9AM-10:30AM

  • Workshop #2: Sunday, January 21st 9AM-10:30AM

NOTE: This series is ideal for participants who are taking their first yoga class or have taken under 5 classes.
